friendly stafflimited menunoisy area
The staff were friendly. This was acceptable.
I was disappointed with the breakfast service. It felt rushed. the menu was limited and items were not replenished quickly enough, so choices were sparse. furthermore, the room was located near a noisy area. This disrupted sleep.

mixed feelings about the stay
acceptable foodhidden switchheating instructions
the food at the restaurant was acceptable , though not really good.
My room was quite cold upon arrival , with no clear instructions available for operating the heating system. the shower also presented an issue . I couldn't find the main power switch and had to call maintenance for assistance. it turns out the switch was hidden behind the bed stand , a frustrating inconvenience.

I really enjoyed the great start with a friendly welcome. The bedroom and restaurant boasted nice decorations and were impressively clean. The fresh produce in my meal was skillfully cooked. It was AMAZING!!!
The heating instructions were missing from the room, so it was a bit chilly upon arrival.

I loved the free parking. It made things so much easier. the bay horse inn food was surprisingly good. I did not expect that. breakfast at goldsborough hall was wonderful. It felt very special. the gardens were beautiful and i reminded me of royalty there
the room was a bit cold when i arrived, but it heated up quickly once i figured out the controls.
